The winners pick the cause
For over two decades, the Lockeport Open has run on one simple tradition: the winning team chooses which local charity receives the tournament proceeds. Playgrounds, the fire department, kids' sports — every year, the pot goes back into our community.
Everyone is welcome. Lots of fun, lots of prizes, and a reception with trophy presentation in the River Hills clubhouse right after the round — plus a keepsake for every player: a custom poker-chip ball marker with the tournament logo.

2026: a 62 caps a record year
Harold Swaine, Ernie Pierce, Trevor Boyd and Danny Darrow — the Bullies With Braces — led a record field of 27 teams at 10 below par, reclaiming the title they won in 2024. Their pick: a record $4,600 to the LES Basketball Pad Project for new hoops.
